Responsible for Committee Agenda and Minutes
Prepares schedule of Club activities

Treasurer
Responsible for all Club finances
Collects and banks membership dues
and other income
Checks all invoices and reimbursement claims
Presents a current financial statement
to Committee meetings

| Sergeant at Arms
Responsible for setting up the meeting room
Opens the meeting and hands over to Toastmaster
Supervises clearing away after the meeting

Immediate Past President
Attends Committee Meetings
Supervises Supper arrangements after the meeting
